By Forecaster Joel Robinson
Needless to say, we've had a hiccup in temperatures thanks to some colder air behind a cold front which has made it feel more like Fall and causing all of us to bring out our warm blankets again. Luckily, these temperatures and conditions are looking to improve as we approach Memorial Day. Here is your Memorial Day weekend forecast.
Friday: Rain until 2 PM. Otherwise cloudy with gradual clearing in the evening. High temperatures in the upper 40's with lows in the lower 40's. NE winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts of up to 25 mph.
Saturday: Partly to mostly sunny skies with temperatures in the lower 60's. Lows in the upper 30's to low 40's. NE winds of 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 25 mph.
Sunday: Mostly sunny with temperatures in the mid to upper 60's. Lows in the mid to upper 40's. NE winds 5 to 10 mph.
We'll continue to see temperatures increase as we go through next week. Temperatures for Memorial Day will head for the low 70's as winds shift southwesterly. There won't be any rain to expect either. Have a great and safe weekend!
