Warm with rain chances in the midweek

By Forecaster Joel Robinson

As we kick off Meteorological Summer (June 1), we find ourselves back on track in the 70's as compared to 40 degree temperatures and frost last week. We can expect warmer weather as we head into the weekend. Here's what we have.

Today: A mix of clouds and sun with temperatures in the mid 70's. West-southwest winds of 5 to 10 mph. Overnight low temperatures in the upper 50's.

Wednesday: Showers in the morning with isolated showers in the afternoon and evening. Highs in the low to mid 70's. Lows in the upper 50's.

Thursday: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 2 PM. Otherwise partly sunny. Highs in the mid to upper 70's. Lows around 60.

Friday: Sunny with temperatures warming to the lower 80's.

We'll keep on warming through the 80's and possibly into the 90's as we go through the weekend. Have a great week!
