An occluded weather pattern will slowly make its way into the Great Lakes region bringing in a batch of rain and possibly a few rumbles of thunder this weekend. We are also facing a slight cool down as well. Here is your weekend forecast.
Friday: Scattered thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening with temperatures in the upper 80's to low 90's. Some thunderstorms may be capable of producing 40 mph wind gusts. The best chance of storms will be between 3 PM - 8 PM. Temperatures will fall to the mid 60's overnight.
Saturday: Partly sunny with showers likely after 2 PM. Temperatures in the low to mid 80's and dropping to the low 60's overnight.
Sunday: Gusty in the afternoon with mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the low 80's. North-northwest winds 5 to 10 mph with gusts to 20 mph.
